If you're a lazy person and want to stop, well it basically comes down to habit. Having trouble getting up in the morning? Yes, a tricky one - especially in winter with that lovely electric blanket keeping your bed warm, well once again break the habit. Throw yourself out of bed, set 2 or 3 alarms and set them at a distance where you need to get up to turn them off. (Always handy)
The next step is to start getting some exercise. Doing some exercise gets the mind going and helps keep you motivated.
Go for a walk, take a pet to keep you company. Heck, even get on your mobile or cell phone while you walk to talk your mind off the boring task at hand.
Finally speak to family and friends and ask them to motivate and remind you of your goals. This is a much better way of attacking laziness before its too late!
